HAZMAT mercury handling on an FSO vessel was completed with ease using the SupaVac SV60-V.
Our Malaysian partners, ZAR Lynx Sdn Bhd, removed 10–20 tons of sludge per tank, completing the project within just a few days using our 100% vacuum-operated pump.

The SupaVac SV250 is one of our most powerful units, designed for heavy-duty sludge and mud removal.
It is widely used in FPSO tank cleaning, heavy crude transfer, barge and hull cleaning, drilling mud and cuttings transfer, coal fines, mining slurry transfer, and hazardous waste recovery applications.
The SV250V is engineered to handle a wide range of heavy sludges through 100 mm (4”) suction and discharge lines, with a vertical suction lift capacity of up to 30 m.
It can operate with various SupaVac Jet Packs ranging from 150 cfm (71 L/sec) to 1200 cfm (566 L/sec) with vacuum up to 29 Hg (-98 kPa) and outstanding air inlet velocities. This high-vacuum loading system can recover flowing slurries from up to 50 m (164 ft) and deliver them over distances of up to 1000 m (1640 ft), while remaining operable by a single person or in fully automated mode.
The SV250V can transfer more than 60 m³/hr (264 USGPM) at SG 1.0 with a single pump, and up to 120 m³/hr at SG 1.0 with synchronised dual-pump operation.
Equipped with next-generation pneumatics, the SV250V features a low (adjustable) discharge pressure for increased safety and reduced air consumption. The IP66 stainless steel control box includes countdown timers, pump cycle indicators, and improved safety, usability, and serviceability. Standardised components and quick-connect fittings further minimise downtime.
